40 Min Intense FULL BODY Mat Pilates x Strength Workout | Burn Calories + Build Strength #pilatesathome #pilatesandstrength #pilateswithdumbbells Level: Intermediate Equipment needed: Set of Dumbbells for arm exercises (Tip: If you have two sets of dumbbells, that is ideal, however, one set is fine) This is a Full body pilates x strength workout. If you are looking for a pilates with dumbbells workout/full body pilates workout with weights, this is a fantastic routine to increase strength and flexibility. This workout contains pilatesxstrength exercises for increased resistance training in a pilates routine, and increased stretching/ mobility/ stability work from pilates added to resistance training. This is a 40 min full body pilates with weights workout. This is my favorite way to exercise, added a lot of variety and variations to make the routine fun and interesting.
