Sally McNally "The Irish Midwife" walks through a few simple foot yoga poses and stretches that you can do to help increase blood flow and relax tense feet after a hard day's work! Sally is a Midwife through Ventura Women's Health Partnership Medical Group and has been working in the labor room as a midwife and as a labor and delivery RN for over 30 years. Sally brings a wealth of information and experience to the patients she serves. Her goal is to work with her patients to help them achieve a birth experience as close to their dreams as possible. "I believe women are very wise and powerful, and I encourage women to embrace that inner wisdom and trust their bodies during childbirth." Sally originally trained as a nurse and then as a midwife in Ireland. She spent 5 years in Saudi Arabia working as a midwife before coming to the US and spending 20 years as an RN and Charge nurse at CMH in Ventura, CA.
