➡️➡️➡️ ➡️ Heres the latest update guys simula nung nagpa downgrade ako nung July 6. I called PLdT 171 about my downgrade plan and service (July 20,2023). Sabi ng bagong CSR ay na cancel daw po ang aking Pag downgrade and here are the reasons: 1. Una po ay nagkamali yung CSR sa pag instruct sa akin about downgrade ( i cant judge right away thru the csr kung nagkamali siya dahil siguro bago palang ang package na pina downgrade ko or new csr ang kausap ko at di familiar pa sa process ) but still ang sa video tutorial na ito ay mainam parin sundan lalo na ang call flow number. 2. Kailangan po after ng billing period or before dumating ang bills mag advance payment po ng 1399 lalo na kung nasa lock in period palang ang plan or di pa naka 3months of subscription. 3. Wala kaming advance payment kaya na cancel yung downgrade plan ko na 1399 lalo na at halos 2months palang kami sa PLDt at sa wrong instructions ng CSR ng PLdT. 4. Kailangan po muna tumawag sa PLDT para sa downgrade or upgrade para maka receive tayo ng email para sa araw ng pagbayad or kung papaano magbayad ng advance payment. Thanks guys for understanding.
