Donut Cinnamon/Sugar Muffins by Diane Lovetobake

These little nutmeg, cinnamon mini donut muffins are great with a cup of coffee or tea. 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup melted and cooled margarine 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup all-purpose flour Mix the sugar, margarine, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir in the milk then mix in the baking powder and flour. Fill each mini paper with a rounded teaspoon of batter Makes 24 Mini Muffins Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes Place on cooling rack till warm While muffins are warm remove paper liners dip in them in 1/4 cup margarine melted and cooled. Combine 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix Roll in melted margarine then roll in sugar, cinnamon mixture.
