Ireland - Clinton arrives in Dublin

(4 Sep 1998) T/I: 10:24:31 - E1 T/I: 10:12:21 - O1 US President Bill Clinton continued his Irish visit Thursday (3/9), arriving in Dublin for the second leg after having visited the site of last month's bomb in Northern Ireland. He was met in Dublin by Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern, one of the key architects of the Northern Ireland peace process, which Clinton's visit is intended to boost with a call to all sides to embrace peace once and for all.
