Give your Iftar a unique twist with this Chinese Pakora Recipe—a crispy, flavorful fusion of Chinese flavors with a classic pakora crunch! Chinese Pakora Ingredients: Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup Carrot (julienne) 1 cup Onion (julienne) 1 cup Potato (julienne) 1 cup Chicken boneless (strips) 500 g All-purpose flour 1 cup Rice flour 1 cup Soy sauce 2 tbsp Chili sauce 2 tbsp Green chilies (chopped) 2-3 Red chili flakes 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Water 1/4 cup Oil (for frying) as required Directions: In a bowl add capsicum, carrot, onion, potato, chicken, all-purpose flour, rice flour, soy sauce, chili sauce, green chilies, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, water and mix it well. Now add spoonfuls of this mixture into frying oil and deep fry them over medium low flame until fully done. Your Chinese Pakora is ready. Serve and enjoy.
