This is the short daily prayer of Consecration Cardinal Burke wrote. to Our Lady of Guadalupe on December 12, 2024 O Virgin Mother of God, Our Lady of Guadalupe, at the beginning of a new day, I renew my consecration to you, my compassionate mother. I pray that, today I, with Saint Juan Diego, may be your ever faithful messenger. Please intercede for the conversion of my heart to Christ, your Divine Son. Throughout this day, may my heart, one with your Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, rest ever more perfectly in His glorious-pierced Heart. In all things, may I do what He is asking of me. In diffculties, trials, and temptations, may I, in the embrace of your arms, trust His promise to win in me the victory over sin and death. I pray also for the many who have abandoned Christ and for the many who do not yet know Him. May you bring millions of souls to Christ, and may i, your messenger, draw souls to Him Who alone is our salvation. O Lady of Guadalupe, I place within your mantle my family and my homeland, asking that Christ may reign in all hearts from His Most Sacred Heart. At your pleading, may He pour forth into humble and contrite hearts the sevenfold gift of the Holy Spirit dispelling from them all darkness and sin, and inflaming them with divine truth and love, May I, alive in Christ, advance today on the earthly pilgrimage to my lasting home with you and with the angels and all the saints, where we shall forever praise and glorify God - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
