To perform the exercise, exhale slowly and then hold your breath until there is an urge to breathe. Then, inhale slowly and breathe normally for at least 10 seconds. Repeat this several times for 10-15 minutes, three times a day. Be sure to wait at least one hour after eating heavy meals before doing this exercise.
