Sir Peter Caruana says agreement offers political space for progress

Sir Peter Caruana says he thinks there is plenty of political space for Mr Picardo's Government to find a formula that works for Gibraltar without compromising any red lines concerning sovereignty, jurisdiction or control. Speaking to GBC, the former Chief Minister said the fact that what is being worked towards is a Treaty is hugely significant in making any arrangement that might be reached "immune" from a change of Government in Madrid.
