✨Freshly baked goodness, straight from my oven! 🍞🥪No Maida, No Aata, No Yeast & No Vinegar😍 Just Perfect Homemade bread, made with love and a pinch of magic. Please Note: (This Rava is Roasted & bought before Chomasa) — Ingredients: 250 gms Rava (small size) 1 cup dahi 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tsp oil 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp lemon juice — Directions Mix Rava with dahi and rest it for 10-15 mins. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 10 mins and line with baking tin. Transfer it into a blender along with milk, salt, sugar and oil. Blend until smooth and transfer it into a bowl. Add baking powder & baking soda and lemon for 2-3 mins. Transfer the batter into the tin and bake at 170 degrees for 35-40 mins. After it’s baked completely, apply ghee, cover it and let it rest for an hour.
