Hikers and friends welcome back! Today we take a look at all the gear I took on my 2024 hike of the Colorado Trail From Denver to Durango - Hope you enjoy! Not including specifics so you don't feel the need to go buy exactly what I have. backpack suitable for overnight trips 1 man tent 2 sleeping pads (one air & the other a closed cell foam) quilt or sleeping bag (around 15 or 20 degrees) headlamp compass & whistle phone/maps pack cover electronics bag bear proof bag jacket buff space blanket 3L of water containers water filter pot stove with fuel canister (4 ounces) trowel with TP Ditty bag (holds all small items such as soap, spoon, cream, bug spray, first aid kit, etc.) Not shown: Watch, wallet, & extra pair of socks
