Ingridients: mutton Or beef :1 and 1\2 kg rice :1 kg onions :3 garlic ginger paste :2 tbsp salt : as your requriment black pepper : 1 tbsp kabuli masala : 1 packet water as your requirment ( aproximatley 2 kg ) dry fruits carrots 3 to 4 : cut in small pieces coriander seed :2 tbsp taiz pata : 2 cloves :7 badi elaichi : 2 badiyan k phol : 3 Method : put beef,onion.coriander see, badi elaichi,cloves,taiz pata,badiyan k phol and water for making yakhni .keep it on medium flame .when it start boiling remove the foam and cook it ofr 2 huors on meduim flame for develop best yakhni taste. when it cook separte the meat from yakhni and fry it for 2 minutes ti change its colour.then fry the dry frutisfor 1 to 2 minutes on low flame .then put cut onions in hot oil in work cook it for 5 to 7 minutes and then put ginger garlic paste ,cook it for a while and add yakhni and water as you rquired .put salt,black pepper and kabuli pulao masala .when it start boiling put soaked rice in it and cook untill 10 % water left than put fried meat,and dry fruits and keep it on dam for 10 minutes on low flame . after 10 minutes open the dam and enjoy yuor yummy pulao recipe with your friends and family .stay blessed. #KabuliPulaoAfghanNationalDish #KabuliPulaoRecipe #AfghaniPulaoRecipeByFoodTree #pulao #pulaorecipe #nationalpulao #recipe #cooking #afghanipulao #muttonpulao #beefpulao #rice #chawal #biryanirecipe #nationalfoods #nationalfoodofpakistan #yummy #delicious #easy #howto #howtomake #howtoeat #enjoy
