These Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars are one of the easiest desserts to make and they only need 5 ingredients to make. They have a buttery digestive biscuit base, creamy salted caramel cheesecake filling, topped with a thick layer of salted caramel sauce. You can also add and decorated with fudge chunks and flaky sea salt but this is not essential So grab the ingredients below and let's get to it!
