Afghani Malai Chicken Seekh Kabab with Gravy Recipe | Chicken Seekh Kabab with Gravy Recipe by cooking stories | Chicken Malai Seekh with Creamy White Gravy #chickenrecipe #chickenseekhkabab #chickengravy #cooking #food #easyrecipe #youtube #youtubevideo #trending #yummy #foodie #ramadanspecial #ramadanrecipies =[Chicken Seekh Kabab preparation] *Ingredients!! •Qeema Chicken(Chicken Mince) 1/2 Kg (500gm) •Adrak Lehsan paste (Ginger Garlic paste) 1 Tbsp •Pyaz (Onion) fine chopped 1 medium •Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) fine chopped 6-7 •Bread Crumbs 2 Tbsp [Optional] •Kuti Lal Mirch (Red Chili Flakes) 1 Tsp •Zeera powder (Cumin Seeds Powder) 1/2 Tsp •Garam Masala Powder (whole spice mixture) 1 Tsp •Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 &1/2 Tsp •Namak (Salt) according to taste •Fresh Cream 1 Tbsp •Makhan/Ghee (Butter/Clarified butter) 3 Tbsp *PROCESS!! ~In a bowl,add chicken mince, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste,breadcrumbs,red chilli flakes,cumin powder,salt,garam masala powder, coriander powder & fresh cream and mix it well. ~Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture & skew it on metal skewer to make kabab. ~In a pan,add butter or ghee & fry kababs on medium flame until light brown. =[Afghani Chicken Gravy Preparation] *Ingredients!! •Oil/Ghee 2-3 Tbsp •Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium •Kaju (Cashew) 15-20 •Hari Mirch (Green Chillies) 7-8 •Hara Dhania (Fresh Coriander) 3-4 Tbsp •Oil/Ghee 1/4 Cup •Adrak Lehsan paste (Ginger Garlic paste) 1Tbsp •Hari Elaichi (Green Cardamom) 2-3 •Laung (Cloves) 2-3 •Zeera powder (Cumin seeds powder) 1/2 Tsp •Kali Mirch (Black pepper powder) 1 Tsp •Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 Tbsp •Garam Masala powder (Hot spice mixture) 1/2 Tsp •Namak (Salt) According to taste •Dahi (Yogurt/Curd) 250 gram (1 Cup) •Malai (Fresh cream) 200 gram •Kasuri Methi (Dried fenugreek) 1/2 Tsp •Lemo (Lemon juice) 1/2 Tsp •Hara Dhania (Fresh Coriander) for garnishing *Process!! ~In a pan,add oil or ghee (clarified butter) onion, cashew, fresh coriander and green chilies and saute for 3-4 minutes and make fine smooth paste with the help of blender or mixer. ~In a pot,add oil or ghee add, cardamom, cloves and ginger garlic paste, saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. ~Add, green spices paste mix it well for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. ~Add,salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder & yogurt and mix it well and cook on medium to high flame for 8-10 minutes or until oil separate. ~Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium to low flame. ~Add fried chicken seekh kabab and mix it well and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame. ~Add, dried fenugreek, lemon juice and fresh coriander and turn off the flame. ~After turn off the flame,add fresh cream or balai and mix it well. ~Afghani Malai Chicken Seekh Kabab with Creamy Gravy is ready, serve with naan or Chapati and enjoy your delicious meal.
