In that same city there was a widow who often came to him with the word, 'Grant me justice against my adversary.' For a long time the judge ignored her, but afterward he said, 'Even though I do not fear God nor respect men, yet because of this widow's insistence, I will grant her justice so that she will not bother me anymore.'" Having said this, Jesus commented: "If this is what the unjust judge thought, do you think that God will not bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night, and that he will keep them waiting? I tell you, he will bring about justice for them quickly. But when the Son of Man comes, do you think that he will find faith on earth?"
