RBI Monetary Policy Committee Meeting: Repo Rate Unchanged at 6.5% Since 2022 l Legacy IAS

RBI Monetary Policy Committee meeting held today. RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das said the repo rate has been kept unchanged to continue with the neutral stance of the policy and to monitor outlook on inflation and growth. The committee decided to keep repo unchanged at 6.5 per cent. This was the 11th time that the rate has been kept static.
