I find those that provide details of what they eat each day on Keto both helpful and inspiring. I have decided to share as many days of meals as possible. This video is what I ate on 3-2-25 including a review of Simply Nature Whole Plain Greek Yogurt. Waffle Recipe: 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder 1 egg 1⁄4 C cottage cheese 1 tsp. vanilla extract Heat waffle maker. Blend all ingredients in food processor. Spray waffle maker with oil spray when ready to cook. Pour batter into waffle maker & close. Cook according to waffle maker instructions.
