I finally tried the custard baked toast!! Have you tried it yet? Recipe Below 👇 Ingredients: 1 Egg 2 Tbsp Soy Yoghurt 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence Pinch Monk Fruit Sweetener Two Slices Bread Choc Chips Method Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C. Line a baking tray. Mix all ingredients together (Expect chocolate chips). Press down on the bread to make a dent in the middle. Add the egg mixture to the middle of the bread. Top with chocolate chips.
