Welcome to my channel ☺︎ If you enjoyed this video, like and subscribe♡ Important Kitchen Supplies Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer Sifter Aluminum Foil Dutch Oven Ingredients 3 ¼ Cups King Arthur Gluten-Free Flour ½ Tbsp Salt 1 ½ Cups Warm Water ¾ Tbsp Fast Rise Yeast 2 Tsp Olive Oil 1 Head of Garlic 1 Tbsp Rosemary Instructions ♡ Measure out flour and sift ✿ Measure out salt, yeast and water ❀ Combine flour, salt, yeast, and water ♡ Mix ingredients with stand mixer on medium speed for 60 seconds ✿ Shape dough into ball and put aside to rest at room temperature for 2 hours ❀ In the meantime, cut 1 bulb of garlic in half and place on piece of aluminum foil ♡ Drizzle garlic with 2 tsp of olive oil & wrap garlic completely with foil ✿ Bake garlic 400 ℉ for 40 minutes then let cool for 15 minutes ❀ While garlic is baking, grab your rosemary and remove approximately 1 tbsp from stem ♡ Combine rosemary with a pinch of salt and the roasted garlic ✿ Mix rosemary/salt/garlic into dough and shape into ball ❀ Chill dough in refrigerator overnight ♡ The next day, lightly coat cutting board with flour and knead dough 15 times ✿ Score dough with knife to form an “X” shape and allow to rest at room temperature ❀ Pre-heat Dutch Oven with lid for 30 minutes on 450 ℉ ♡ After pre-heating, lightly coat Dutch Oven in non-stick spray ✿ Place dough in Dutch Oven and bake with lid on at 450 ℉ for 45 minutes ❀ Remove lid and bake 10 minutes ♡ Enjoy☺︎ ♡✿❀Comment below what I should cook next❀✿♡ Helpful Links https://harvestandnourish.com/recipes... https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/reci... https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/blog...
