Microgreens grow - Batch 1 Day 8 Harvest Day!

This is my first microgreens grow. I bought a variety pack of different seeds, and am growing three types at a time as an experiment. I want to see if they grow with just foil trays and paper towel, doing nothing but spraying them down with water twice daily. *My son was shaking his head no, but I kept stuffing greens into his mouth anyways as he was taking the video. Best. Dad. Ever.*
