Suspects wanted in dog attack arrested
It took nearly a full day for the owners of a dog that mauled a 3-year-old girl to turn themselves in to the police. Authorities said Eddie Butts and Laisha Williams fled the scene of the attack with their pit bull in tow instead of checking on the child's condition.
