Make the Dough In a bowl, mix atta, salt, and a little oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15β20 minutes. 2. Prepare the Filling Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and onion; sautΓ© 1 minute. Add all veggies and stir-fry for 2β3 minutes on high flame. Add soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and let it cool. 3. Shape the Momos Divide dough into small balls. Roll each into a thin circle. Place 1 spoon of filling in the center. Fold and seal edges in your preferred momo shape. 4. Steam the Momos Grease a steamer plate with oil. Place momos without touching each other.
