November 26, 2023 - 11am - Worship Service - First Sunday in Advent

We began the season of Advent on this Sunday, because the Fourth Sunday of Advent this year is also Christmas Eve. We encountered the visitation of Mary with Elizabeth from Luke 1: 24-56; and the first candle was lit on the Advent wreath. We received music from Craig Plummer and Michael Lange; Karin and Tim Binkley, and Blaine McNeil. We concluded the service with an opportunity for healing prayers and anointing. Immediately following worship updates were given from the finance committee on the draft ministry plan for 2024 along with a report from the nominating committee.
