Balsamic Chicken Pasta

GLUTEN FREE NOT DAIRY FREE I love cheese and giving it up just doesn't sound fun to me. I have substituted my coffee creamer for dairy free, but that is as far as I have gotten. I have figured out that if I have gluten and dairy at the same time, my reaction is much worse than if I were to have two items separately. I hope you enjoy this recipe!
