Cooked A Pork Shoulder Overnight On The Pit Boss Pellet Smoker #juicy #pork

This was an awesome cook! I started it at 10:30 at night and went to bed. I checked on it a few times overnight, made sure pellets didn't run out and it cooked a total of 15 hours. It was absolutely amazing!
