DInosaurus just flooded most of the planet and sacrificed millions, maybe billions of people on just an IDEA he has that they need to lower the population so they can properly rebuild and avoid the coming cataclysm on the horizon that stems from overpopulation and pollution. Mark says that at the end of the day, Dinosaurus is just delaying the inevitable. With people scared of the future, they tried to adapt as much as possible, tried to find new energies and new ways to make things better and avoid the future… however now they’ll just stick to their old comfortable ways, since the danger has been pushed away. This means that really, in the grand scheme of things, all of those people in the floods died for nothing, and Mark tells Dinosaurus that maybe he’s lost sight of himself and became the villain in his own story, because villains tend to think they’re the hero. As Mark continues on, he explains that all this time, he repeatedly tried to explain to everyone what they were doing had a just reason, but now he realizes that he was just trying to convince himself that he hadn’t turned into the bad guy.. That HE wasn’t becoming a villain, and now, he realized that that’s what was happening all along. Finally realizing that Mark was right, Dinosaurs lets Invincible out of his weird Mental Slumber, freeing him and telling him that he finally understands what Mark is trying to say, but he won’t be able to stop himself from trying again..
