
No Flour, No Butter BANANA OATS BREAD! Easy & Healthy Recipe (Soft & Moist)
🍌🍫 NO FLOUR, NO BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA OATS BREAD! 😍 This healthy banana oat bread is super easy to make, deliciously soft, and perfect for breakfast or a snack. No flour, no butter—just simple, wholesome ingredients! 🙌 ✔️ Gluten-free & nutritious ✔️ Moist, soft & packed with flavour Ingredients: • 2 cups oat flour ( blended oats • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg • 1 tbsp maple syrup ( optional, • 2 ripe bananas (mashed) • 3 large eggs • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for moisture) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup chocolate chips Make the Oat Flour; If you don’t have oat flour, blend 2 cups of rolled oats in a blender or food processor. • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. • Prepare the Wet Ingredients In a large mixing bowl, mash the 2 ripe bananas and set aside Whisk the eggs and add Greek yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract and mashed bananas. Stir until well combined. • Combine the Dry Ingredients In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt and ground nutmeg. • Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined. If the batter feels too thick, add a little more Greek yoghurt or water to loosen it. • Add Chocolate chip Gently fold in the chocolate, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter. • Pour and Bake Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. • Cool and Serve Let the banana oat bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
