6 STRETCHES THAT HELPS YOU BECOME A BETTER PLAYER!!!
Welcome to our basketball training video! In this video, we'll guide you through six effective stretches specifically designed to improve mobility for basketball players. These stretches will help enhance your performance on the court and prevent injuries. So let's get started! 1. Hip Flexor Stretch: Start in a lunge position with one knee on the ground. Push your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your hip. Hold for 30 seconds on each side. 2. Hamstring Stretch: Sit on the ground with one leg straight in front of you and the other bent with the sole of your foot against your inner thigh. Reach forward towards your toes, keeping your back straight. Hold for 30 seconds on each side. 3. Calf Stretch: Stand facing a wall with one leg extended behind you. Lean forward, pressing your hands against the wall, and keep your back leg straight. You should feel a stretch in your calf. Hold for 30 seconds on each side. 4. Shoulder Stretch: Stand tall and reach one arm across your chest, pulling it gently with your other arm. Feel the stretch in your shoulder and hold for 30 seconds on each side. 5. Quadriceps Stretch: Stand straight and bring one foot towards your glutes, grabbing your ankle or foot with your hand. Keep your knees close together and push your hips forward. Hold for 30 seconds on each side. 6. Ankle Mobility Exercise: Sit on the ground with your legs straight in front of you. Point your toes upward as much as possible, then flex them downward. Repeat this motion for 30 seconds, focusing on moving your ankles through their full range of motion. Remember to perform these stretches regularly to gradually improve your mobility. Always listen to your body, and if you feel any pain or discomfort, stop the stretch immediately.
