Ingredients: 1 cup cottage cheese 2 eggs 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used @evolvedchocolate) 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup of Bethany's Pantry protein bake powder (linked in my bio under "Bethany's Pantry" - this keeps it flour-free and low carb / high protein) 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp instant coffee (optional) Blend all the ingredients then bake in a lined 8" square pan at 350 F for about 20 - 25 minutes. Allow to cool and "deflate" before slicing.
