Free child program feared cut
In the past week Gov. Ted Strickland proposed eliminating a free child care program for low-income children in the effort to balance the state budget. These proposed budget cuts has those who work for the Early Learning Initiative upset and asking the governor to change his mind before the state's budget has to be set on June 30.
