Welcome back to the channel! In this video we say goodbye to the NSX (for now), and continue the search for the lowest priced 2023 FL5 Civic Type R in the Northeast Tri-state area (NY/NJ/CT). The statistics are not what I had thought! 2/3 dealerships DO have available allocation at their asking price, which range anywhere from $8-30k OVER MSRP! My gut feeling is the ones over $15k will definitely sit over the winter until dealerships come back to reality. With rising interest rates and snow already here, would you spend $60-75k on a FL5?
