Law enforcement agencies prepare to keep peole safe on New Year's Eve

As downtown Raleigh gets ready for WRAL First Night, law enforcement agencies are making their preparations for the big night. WRAL's Eric Miller spoke with a lieutenant with the Wake County Sheriff's Office to learn some of the steps they're taking to keep people safe during celebrations.
