Heartiversary: 2 Years Post Heart Transplant

I received a heart transplant in February 2016. As a teenager, I had bone cancer and the chemo and radiation have given me late effects. By my 30's, I was struggling with congestive heart failure and my heart transplant came just in time to save my life (yet again). Then just 3 months after Transplant, I was diagnosed with breast cancer (also, from late effect radiation) and just finished a double mastectomy and reconstruction. During the last 2 years, my Mum was battling Ovarian Cancer. You will see tears in this video. My Mum lost her battle in June 2017. I miss her more than words can describe. ♥️
