Rava Dosa | Healthy and Tasty Rava Bun Dosa Sandwich | Sooji Bun Dosa #viralshorts #youtubeshorts Bun Dosa Recipe Ingredients:- 1Cup rava/ sooji Salt Eno 1 tbsp 1/2 cup grated carrot 1/2 cup grated paneer 2 green chillies 1tbsp crushed garlic cloves Chopped Coriander Coconut dosa chutney Tomato sauce 2tbsp curd Method:- Soak 1 cup rava in 1 cup water for 30 minutes. Mix in grated carrot, chopped coriander, salt, curd and 1 packet eno. Cook in a lightly oiled pan until puffed (makes 2 mini dosa buns). Filling: Combine 1 cup grated paneer, 2 chopped chillies, 5–6 crushed garlic cloves, salt, and chopped coriander. Assemble: Spread coconut chutney on one bun Dosa Add the paneer filling and drizzle with tomato sauce or mayo.
