CHRIS ALLEN'S WEATHER UPDATE - 6:00 AM TUESDAY OCTOBER 24 sponsored by Ace Hardware Marketplace ANOTHER TOASTY TUESDAY - Monday's high in Bowling Green was 75 which is 6-degrees warmer than the seasonal average of 69. High clouds and sunshine ruled the day on Monday along with a big warmup into the mid 70's. We will see much the same thing today as highs reach into the mid and even upper 70's. If you're looking for rain, we're not going to see any until the weekend and even then, it won't be much. A big ridge of high pressure remains dominant over the region and it will hold rule through the rest of the week. Tonight will be partly cloudy with lows in the mid 50's. Wednesday and Thursday will be mainly sunny and toasty warm again with highs close to 80 both days. The forecast models continue to slow down the arrival of any rain which now looks to move in Friday afternoon or Friday night. The weekend will not be a washout with mainly scattered shower chances through Tuesday. Starting Monday, temperatures will start to cool a bit into the upper 60's but take a much bigger plunge into the 50's for Halloween!
