Alleluia, alleluia. The Kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the Gospel. R. Alleluia, alleluia. Gospel: Mark 1:14-20 After John was arrested, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the Gospel of the kingdom of God and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe in the Gospel.” Passing along the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew, casting nets into the sea, for they were fishermen. Jesus said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men.” They immediately left their nets and followed him. Moving on, he saw James, son of Zebedee, and his brother John, mending their nets in a boat. He called them at once, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired workers and followed him. == Monday, January 13, 2025 - A moment with GOD through HIS WORD. Reflection: How can you make the teachings of Jesus a regular part of your daily life, shaping your choices and actions in everything you do? Prayer: My precious Jesus, I thank You for all You have spoken and revealed to us through Your public ministry. Strengthen me during this new liturgical season of Ordinary Time to devote myself to the reading of Your holy Word, so that all that You have taught us becomes an ordinary part of my daily life. Jesus, I trust in You.
