May all beings in the (western, northern, southern) direction be free from enmity, free from affliction, free from distress, may they protect themselves happily. May you be free from suffering and may you be happy. May all living creatures in the (western, northern, southern) direction be free from enmity, free from affliction, free from harm, and may they live happily. May all beings in the (western, northern, southern) direction be free from enmity, free from affliction, free from distress, and may they protect themselves and live happily. May all the people in the (western, northern, southern) direction be free from enmity, free from affliction, free from distress, and may they protect themselves.
