Ingredients 🌸 1 Egg 1/4 cup + 2tbsp White Sugar 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Few drops of Vanilla Essence 1/2 cup Flour 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Powder Pinch of Salt 1 tbsp Cornflour Chocolate Chunks 1/4 cup Butter 110g Dark Chocolate ( makes 7 - 8 ) Melt dark chocolate and butter together until no lumps left and keep aside! ⁠Now take a bowl and add egg , sugar , brown sugar , vanilla essence and mix until sugar gets completely dissolved and smooth in texture! ⁠Now add in melted butter and chocolate and mix! ⁠Now add all dry ingredients and mix well! ⁠Now add chocolate chunks and mix gently! ⁠Keep this in freezer for 5 - 7 minutes! ⁠Now make small balls with spoon and bake this at 180C in a preheated oven for 12 minutes!!
