Epicure's Korean BBQ and red pepper jelly makes Epic Market oven roasted salmon and pineapple meal On baking sheet liner place sliced pineapple and place salmon fillet on top on slices. Prepare marinade by mixing 1/4 cup of Epicure's red pepper jelly with 3 tbls of soya sauce and 1 tbl of Epicure's Korean BBQ Chicken and Ribs seasoning and 1/4 cup of juice ( i used mango juice) if you are using canned pineapplethen use the juice from tge can. Mix well and pour generously over salmon fillet. Bake at 180 Celsius or 350F for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size and thickness of the fillet. Half way through the baking spoon some of the marinated from the sheetpan liner onto the fillet. Serve with rice.
