Easy Cheddar-Burst Sourdough Focaccia | Easy No-Knead Recipe with Garlic, Onion & Pepper Flakes
This cheesy sourdough focaccia is crispy, golden, and packed with flavor — no fancy tools needed! I used sharp cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes to give it that extra kick. Cheese goes in during the stretch and folds and on top before baking. You’ll want to eat the whole pan. 🍞 Cheesy Sourdough Focaccia – Recipe: • 500g bread flour • 100g active sourdough starter • 10g salt • 375g water • 20g avocado oil (plus more for pan) • 1 cup sharp cheddar (half mixed in, half on top) • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • Red pepper flakes to taste Steps: 1.
