GEORGE SAINT PIERRE'S WRESTLING COACH ON HANNIBAL After winning Bronze medal for his his native Soviet Union at the 1976 Montreal Olympics, Victor Zilberman came to live in Canada in 1977. He competed in 3 consecutive Olympic games starting in 1968 and is a two-time CIAU Coach of the Year has led the Concordia University wrestling team to six national championship victories and brought home more than 65 gold medals at the CIS national championships, in addition to five world champion medalists, including his son, David. Victor has been a member of the Canadian coaching staff at four Olympic Games and a number of World Championships. He has been the wrestling coach of legendary UFC Champion Georges "Rush" St Pierre throughout his UFC career. Zilberman worked with Great North Wrestling Canadian Champion HANNIBAL prior to the Canadian Olympic qualification trials for the London Games where HANNIBAL (Devon Nicholson) won silver in the Greco Roman Wrestling HWT division.
