Details emerge on D.C. shooting suspect, set to appear in court Monday

The suspect in the shooting at the White House correspondents' dinner Saturday night has been identified as Cole Tomas Allen, 31, of California. Authorities say he travelled by train from California to Washington via Chicago, and checked into the hotel hosting the dinner.
