
Basque Burnt Chocolate Cheesecake | ASMR Cooking Sounds
Subscribe here: / @enigmakitchen Ingredients: ( all room temperature ) 540 g cream cheese 265 ml whipping cream 85g dark chocolate ( I used 72% ) 8g cocoa powder 3 eggs + 1 egg yolk 180g sugar pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 230° C, place the rack in the middle and line your baking pan 2. Cut your chocolate and place it in a bowl, add cocoa powder 3. Bring your whipping cream to a boil and pour it over the chocolate+cocoa mixture and whisk it till chocolate is completely melted, set aside 4. In another bowl add cream cheese, sugar and salt, start folding into each other 5. When cream cheese mixture is combined add your eggs, one by one ending with the egg yolk 6. Add the chocolate and cream mixture to the cream cheese mixture by whisking not too fast 7. After fully combined, pour the mixture into a 18cm cake pan using a sieve 8. Tap the pan on your counter to get rid of air bubbles 9. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, when you take it out it should be jiggly 10. Let it cool down to room temperature first before you put it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight Enjoy!
