Easy Preparation with 8 ingredients, easiest baking and difficult waiting overnight is all you need for this recipe! Ingredients : ( all room temperature ) 540 g cream cheese 135 sugar 20 g corn starch 30 g matcha powder 1 tsp vanilla powder 3 eggs 180 ml whipping cream 2 tbsp lime juice Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 240° C, place the rack in the middle and line your baking pan with a piece of parchment paper you pressed together. 2. Place the cream cheese (540 g) in a bowl, soften by the help of a spatula, then add in sugar(135 g), soften more. 3. When combined well, add the starch (20 g) and matcha powder (30g) and fold into the cream cheese mixture. 4. Continue by adding in the vanilla extract (2 tsp), followed by the 3 eggs, whisking in one by one. 5. When the cream cheese mixture and the eggs are completely combined, add the whipping cream (180 ml) and lime/lemon juice (2 tbsp) and pour the mixture into a loaf or 18 cm springform pan, use a sieve if you like 6. Tap the pan on your counter to get rid of air bubbles, or use spatula or chopsticks. 7. Put in the oven and bake for 25 to 38 minutes, when you take it out it should be slightly jiggly 9. Let it cool down to room temperature first before you put it in the fridge for at least 5 hours or even better, overnight 10. Cut, serve and enjoy!
