No More Bad Townies in The Sims 4 | Stop Randomized Sims!

I've gotten numerous questions on how I have such cute townies in my game. Here's a quick tutorial! This trick allows you to create your own NPCs and townies! By the way, I realized after the fact that most of the townies populated in my new save file were actually maxis created and that sim with blue hair did not have CC on lol. Sorry! As you can see, I never use the maxis created sims. Also, if you begin to notice randomized townies are starting to populate your game again (and you have your import tray percent is already set to 100%), you may need to add more sims into your library.
