We love Pudding Cookies! Pudding Cookies are amazing and can be made with any flavor pudding and super great for family gatherings and last-minute parties.They are super moist and chewy. This is one of the best winter holiday cookie recipes perfect for either Christmas, family gatherings or New Years Eve. Everyone will love the uniqueness and taste. Recipe 1 (3.5 oz.) box Butterscotch Instant pudding (cook and serve used in video) 1 Cup Pancake mix 1/3 cup Vegiatable oil 1 large egg, slightly beaten 1 Cup butterscotch chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a large bowl, mix Krusteaz and pudding mix. Stir in vegetable oil, egg and chips with a wooden spoon until dough forms a ball. Shape dough into 1/2 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of drinking glass. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until slightly browned on the edges. Let cool. Any flavor of pudding and chips can be used, nuts are a nice addition also.
