Cheesy Chicken Pasta Pocket Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup boiled pasta 1 cup shredded boiled chicken 1/2 cup sweet corn 1 tsp spices (e.g. salt, pepper, oregano) 2 tbsp cheese sauce 1 tbsp chicken stock 1 cheese slice Oil for roasting Samosa sheets Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and roast the shredded chicken until lightly browned. 2. Add sweet corn, spices, and mix well. 3. Pour in cheese sauce and chicken stock, and stir until combined. 4. Add cheese and cook for 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. 5. Add boiled pasta to the mixture and toss until the pasta is well coated. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Place two samosa sheets on a flat surface. 8. Add the cheesy chicken pasta filling to the center of the sheets. 9. Fold the sheets to form a square box and press the edges to seal. 10. Deep fry or air fry the pocket until crispy and golden brown. 11. Serve hot and enjoy!
