[Zuchinni jeon] ~Ingredients : 1 zucchini, 1/4 cup flour, 3 eggs, a little salt ~Ingredients (sauce) : 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, chopped green onions and chopped onions (optional) Instructions 1. Cut the washed zucchinis so that they have a thickness of around 7mm. 2. Break three eggs into a bowl, add 1/4 tsp of salt and beat the eggs. (the more you beat them the neater they will look.) 3. Put 1/4 cup of flour on the zucchinis and apply evenly. 4. Dip the flour covered zucchinis in eggs. 5. Add a little oil to the heated frying pan and fry the zuchinnis on medium heat 6. Remove the zuchinni jeons as soon as the sides are golden. (Don't fry them for too long, the insides will eventually cook as they cool. If you fry them until they are fully cooked they'll get mushy.) 7. Make the sauce, dip your zuchinni jeons and enjoy!
