Wednesday 11:30 AM is a new 30 minute lower body workout. In this workout I use a dumbbell & resistance band. The Dumbbells & resistance band are just add ons, not mandatory. You can easily do this workout without it. Not trying to brag, but I get told all the time how nice my legs look. How do I do it? I work on it. I'm not hiding. I'm literally sharing it with.
