KILLER 24 MIN FULL BODY METCON WORKOUT | Cardio + Weights Metabolic Conditioning | Amanda Fadul

Today's 24 minute full body metcon workout will combine cardio and strength exercises targeting the upper body, lower body and abs for an intense full body conditioning circuit. Using weights, we will power through two circuits with 6 different exercises (repeated twice) for a serious sweat sesh using light, medium and heavy weights. We will perform each exercise for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest (workout details below).
